How to Whitelist our emails so you don’t miss any important messages

Your Email Provider probably uses some type of enthusiastic filtering that pushes many of your incoming emails (including ours) into your spam/junk or simply doesn’t deliver them at all. This is beyond our control, but there are a few things you can do to increase the chance that our important emails make it to you, it’s called “Whitelisting”.

If after completing the following steps to whitelist our emails still don’t get to you, it may be that you UNSUBSCRIBED FROM ALL emails from us or asked us to remove you from our database – this means that no matter what you do you will never receive an email from us, even important event or purchase related emails. If you think you did this by mistake please email support@kerwinrae.com and ask to be re-subscribed in our database.

STEP 1:

If you do not see expected emails from Kerwin Rae and Business Mastery International Pty Ltd in your Inbox, our emails may have mistakenly been sent to your spam/junk folder.

Please open your spam/junk folder and search for “Kerwin Rae” if you find an email from Kerwin Rae open it and mark it as “Not spam”…
