Kerwin Rae is a leading High Performance Coach/Business Strategist/Social Media Icon/Podcaster who specialises in providing small to medium sized business owners the tools, strategies and tactics to accelerate growth and overcome the obstacles they encounter on their journey as an entrepreneur.

Due to our continued and exciting growth, we are looking to hire a Community Manager who is focused on sales and conversions to join our amazing team who are focused on taking Kerwin’s mission global.
This role is PERFECT if you are an accomplished sales/account management professional looking to transition into the creative/social media landscape.

This role is pivotal in our expansion plans, and reporting directly into our Head of Marketing, you will have ownership over community management strategy and development.
With a reach of 1.4 billion globally and over 1.3 million followers, the sky is no limit with this role, and we want someone who is commercially driven, thinks in a sales capacity and loves to see outcomes from the communities they manage.
What will you be doing?
Overseeing our account management strategy for our online communities (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn,
YouTube and Twitter).
Establishing conversations with our community that develop into leads for our sales team to close.
Dotted line to a Community Manager who will work closely with you to implement all plans.
Ensuring a high level of quality assurance for all engagement within the community.
Thinking outside of the box and looking at developing groups, forums and communities within the wider community.
Driving response rates and tracking leads.
Ideally you will have:
Minimum 2 years experience in high level sales/account management.
Great understanding of social platforms including Facebook, YouTube and instagram.
Built own personal brand or have been part of building a brand.
Ability to pull and read analytics.
Understanding of consumer behaviour/psychology drivers.
Strong understanding of the entrepreneurship and business landscape.
